Retrofête is seeking a
full-time VP of Digital Marketing 

 

This candidate is responsible for
planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote Retrofete.com. Responsibilities include planning campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying
trends. The VP of Digital Marketing will report to the CEO and work with the VP of Buying & Merchandising to work with cross-functional departments to execute strategies.

-Salary Range (based on experience): $140,000 - $180,000

Responsibilities

Website Management
  • Drive website SEO through implementing best practices and initiatives to optimize Organic traffic
Digital Marketing
  • Develop, implement and manage seasonal online marketing strategies and calendars that link sales and marketing initiatives. This includes specific plans on new customer acquisition, existing customer retention, and lapsed customer re-engagement.
  • Develop innovative marketing and sales programs, including test strategies to support initiatives
  • Analyze ROI for each program and make recommendations based on results to increase sales, opt-ins, Average Order Size (AOS), Average Unit Sale (AUS), UPT, and repeat purchases. Additionally, provide directives on shifts in ad spend
  • Responsible for managing SEM, paid social and retargeting programs by driving agencies
  • Forecast and deliver on volume, costs, and revenue targets for all acquisition programs. Provide goals/directives on where to focus efforts product-wise
  • Marketing Reporting: Analyze and provide results on-site navigation, customer click and search data, traffic conversions, return on advertising spend including PLA/SEO (Digital Tracker references), emailers Affiliates, etc. on a weekly and monthly basis
Special Projects: Reporting Database and Platform
  • Project manage and collaborate with VP of Buying and Merchandising and E-commerce Manager to help build a customized reporting database and platform that will organize sales, inventory, margin, and on order to best suit evolving business needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of fashion e-commerce platforms, and ability to develop and execute creative and effective digital marketing strategies
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team based dynamic as well as liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A keen eye for fashion trends and a strong understanding and knowledge of digital marketing strategies within the contemporary, advanced contemporary, and luxury markets
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working for a web retailer or brand in the contemporary market (preferred)

-Retrofête, is seeking a full-time Controller to join and lead the accounting team. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to manage and develop the accounting team with all responsibilities as it pertains to the role and will report directly to the CEO.

Starting Salary: $140,000-$180,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Direct the activities of the A/P department, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, petty cash, core employee expense reports, and cash control. Weekly statement review with the team.
  • Direct the activities of the A/R department, ensuring timely and accurate payment posting per remittance advice. Oversee and review client statements for monthly mailing.
  • Maintain protocols for the overall accounting and reporting activities of the company
  • Manage books across all company’s entities, including daily updates, monthly closes, and reconciliations
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes, and data, and enhance the Company’s values.
  • Report all financial forecasting and financial projections to co-founders on a monthly basis.
  • Lead the forecasting, budgeting, short and long-term strategic financial plan by developing macro-economic and internal business assumptions.
  • Allocate budget for each department based on historic data and future business assumptions.
  • Develop cross companies financial accountability by developing monthly analysis vs budget, forecast reviews, and prior year/s comparables, preparing monthly business reviews Work closely with 3rd party CPA and tax advisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA is a plus)
  • Combined accounting and finance experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting at a consumer goods company, ideally with both wholesale and retail
  • Looking for someone who is a strong leader and highly collaborative style with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to communicate well, be organized, disciplined and detail-driven
  • Must have strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals. Knowledge of software like MS Office and QuickBooks Online is not required, but preferred
  • Retail experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Must have excellent analytical problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude

Senior Logistics & Ecomm Coordinator to join their Operations Team. We are looking for an enthusiastic associate to assist the operations team with all responsibilities as it pertains to the role and will report to the Logistics
Manager.

-Salary: $65,000

Responsibilities

  • Manages all Ecomm shipments for Retrofête and Seroya
  • Manages packaging supplies
  • Manages Ecomm inventory movement along with Ecomm Associate
  • Manages EDI Accounts
  • Showroom Inventory Management
  • Working on onboarding Wholesale Accounts
  • Prospecting new solutions for Damage Ecomm Returns Inventory
  • Track warehouse issues as it relates to Ecomm platform
  • Work on preventing customer issues by establishing ways to communicate efficiently with the warehouse

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred Fashion Merchandising)

Showroom Coordinator

Job Description

Retrofête, a contemporary women's brand, is looking for a Showroom Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and

collaborative environment. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking

for a multi-faceted role with growth potential.

Starting Salary: $47K - $55K (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the showroom – President, Showroom Manager, Sales, and other departments
  • Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to filing, copying, fax, email correspondence, handling incoming/outgoing postal mail, ordering supplies etc.
  • Checking and maintaining all storage areas within the showroom and offices.
  • Responsible for reception/phone coverage, taking messages, answering calls, and directing inquiries. Must greet clients and be courteous & professional in dealing with the clients.
  • Streamlining administrative processes.
  • Maintain setup of the showroom and handle the incoming samples, which includes hanging garments, and steaming them for presentation.
  • Reconcile expense reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive issues
  • Ensure to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to office employees' arrival.
  • Accounting knowledge is a plus. A fair amount of working with numbers is involved - Data entry, maintaining cash disbursement journal, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Maintaining and Updating inventory lists
  • Assist during photo shoots, markets, and tradeshows.
  • Assists in the operations of the showroom & additional offices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

E-commerce/Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities

  • Proactively respond to customer service inquiries pertaining to web orders, and product knowledge via live chat or email correspondence.
  • Have an eagerness and willingness to over exceed customer expectations when delivering information.
  • Handle customer feedback/complaints appropriately and according to company policy.
  • Report back to management about critical or consistent feedback related to website functionality, product, or service.
  • Help to prep products before/after photoshoots.
  • Assist with handling any damaged returns from customers.
  • Work side by side with our logistics department regarding inventory, order status, and customer requests.
  • Assist our Ecomm Team with any tasks they need help with related to the website such as inserting copy and size charts. Tagging product appropriately to enhance search, etc.
