Shipping 

All orders are shipped via UPS.

All orders, including 2nd day, and next day, placed Monday-Friday after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email following a shipping confirmation once the order has shipped.

International Orders

Retrofête is pleased to offer shipping worldwide.

We currently offer DHL Express shipping on International orders (shipping cost does not include customs fees/duties), which typically takes up to 4 business days in transit time after the order has been processed.

Please note, DHL Express does not ship to P.O. Boxes. International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These duties and taxes are additional fees not included in the price of shipping at checkout.

Retrofête is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, and with all original tags attached. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All items that do not meet those standards will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

All eligible returns are accepted if postmarked within 30 days of delivery and will be refunded to the original payment method. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged item please contact hi@retrofete.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Once we have received and accepted your return it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please contact your bank with additional questions.

All swimwear and bodysuits are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All earrings are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will receive an email confirmation once refunded.

FAQs

How do I edit my order information?

Unfortunately we are unable to edit orders. Please contact Retrofete customer service if you would like to cancel your order and you can replace it with the correct information.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders that are confirmed before 12PM (EST) will be shipped that day. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international orders ship via DHL.

How do I know my order was confirmed?

As soon as we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact Retrofete customer service.

Do you price match?

No, we do not price match with other retailers or online stores.

Can I get a price adjustment?

We are happy to offer price adjustments on full priced items purchased online within seven days from the time you receive the order. Items are only eligible for price adjustments if the exact style, color, and size are in stock at the time of the request. 

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items or during any special promotion where items are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item is purchased at a discounted price, no price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked down.
