We want you to love your Retrofête pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Domestic Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund to original payment (a $15 processing fee applies) or for site credit
  • Returns accepted within 15–30 days of delivery for site credit only
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Damaged items: contact cs@retrofete.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Approved returns are processed within 7–10 business days; banks may take additional time to post the refund
START MY RETURN

International Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund
  • Return shipping fees, plus any applicable customs/export duties, are deducted from your refund
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return
  • Damaged items: contact cs@retrofete.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Approved returns are processed within 7–10 business days; banks may take additional time to post the refund
