The "Find My Size" tool on each product page gives you a personalized size recommendation based on the measurements and fit preferences you provide.

To use to "Find My Size" tool to help you choose the perfect size and fit for you follow the instructions below:

  1. Click "Find My Size"
  2. Enter your height, weight, age and bra size
  3. Click "Continue"
  4. Explore the fit options and choose which size works best for you!

Because our pieces range from structured tailoring to fluid silk and stretch sequin fabrics, fit can vary by style. Our tool accounts for the specific garment you're viewing, rather than giving a one-size-fits-all answer.

Use it when:

  • You're between sizes. The tool weighs the garment's cut and fabric stretch to recommend whether to size up or down for that specific piece.
  • You're new to Retrofête. If you don't know how our sizing compares to brands you already wear, the tool maps your usual size to ours.
  • You're buying a gift. Enter the recipient's general measurements or typical size to get a confident recommendation without guessing.
  • The style is unfamiliar. Bias-cut slips, corseted bodices, and sequin minis all fit differently — the tool tells you how that particular silhouette runs.

No, if you find a Retrofête piece priced lower at a department store or other authorized retailer, we don't match that external price.

We are happy to offer price adjustments on full priced items* purchased online within seven days from the time you receive the order. Items are only eligible for price adjustments if the exact style, color, and size are in stock at the time of the request.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on sale items or during any special promotion where items are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item is purchased at a discounted price, no price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked down.

*Full priced items refer to merchandise sold at the original retail price set by Retrofête, not marked down for any promotional event, seasonal sale, or special discount code.

No account is required to place an order, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account has benefits when shopping with us more than once:

  • Faster checkout: Save your shipping addresses and payment preferences
  • Order tracking in one place: View current and past orders
  • Wishlist & Save for Later: Wishlist your favorite pieces until you decide to checkout. Save pieces you're watching so you can move quickly when we get a restock, or launch a promotion.
  • Event shopping: Save your upcoming events (your birthday, a gala, a wedding) so we know what you're shopping for and can provide you with a personalized experience.

If you need to redeem a Gift Card, check your email for the Gift Card code sent to you. If you have any trouble doing so, please contact our Customer Care team for help.

If your item is on pre-order it will be shipped by the date shown on the product page. In certain situations, pre-order dates are subject to change. You will be notified via email if your pre-order date is changed. You will be charged for this item at checkout and it will ship out once we have available stock. If you would like to make changes to your pre-order before the estimated ship date, please contact our customer service team.

Route is a third-party insurance comapny that acts as package protection on behalf of Retrofete. Route charges a small fee at checkout to ensure that if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you will get a replacement or refund.

Retrofete is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if you choose to remove Route from your order.
