How do I make a return?

Can I exchange?

In order to exchange an item, you can request a return HERE. Just opt to return your item for a site credit. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, you will be emailed an e-gift card to apply to the purchase of your new size.

What is the return policy?

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, and with all original tags attached. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. Please be careful of deoderant and makeup rubbing off on the item. All items that do not meet those standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

As long as the item(s) you are returning are not final sale, and you are located within the US, you can request a return label to ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery either for a refund to your original form of payment or a site credit.

Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $15 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee will be waived on returns for store credit/exchange.

We do not accept returns on final sale items.

If you receive a damaged item please contact cs@retrofete.com within 48 hours of delivery. Any damaged items received back to our warehouse without previous knowledge will be returned to the customer.

Can I return internationally?

All international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. For any additional questions, please email cs@retrofete.com

If your return comes back to our warehouse in multiple shipments, it may take longer to process your refund.

If I receive a damaged item, how should I return it?

If the item you ordered is damaged upon delivery, please do not follow the normal return process. We ask that you reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at cs@retrofete.com and we will assist with this!

If you receive a final sale item that is damaged, please email us so that we can send you a replacement. If we do not have a replacement for the item, then you will receive a store credit.
